Feeding Bradford and Keighley, an organisation with whom we work, has contributed to this latest BBC article on the huge increase in food bank use across the city and region since Covid-19 began.
The report finds that 45,082 daily individual food parcels were handed out by 21 of the network's food banks in May 2020, compared with 15,796 in February 2020. This includes figures from Bradford Metropolitan Food Bank.
